What We Collect

When you contact China Medical Checkup, we may collect your name, email address, phone or messaging handle, preferred travel window, city preferences, package interests, hotel preferences, language needs, and the planning details you choose to share.

Health Information

We ask for only the information needed to understand your goals and prepare a responsible itinerary. Do not send protected health information, passport scans, payment details, imaging files, or sensitive medical records through ordinary email unless a secure coordination process has been established.

How Information Is Used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, recommend suitable checkup routes, coordinate proposals, prepare appointment planning, and support travel logistics when you choose to proceed.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to support your requested planning, such as with partner hospitals, physicians, translators, hotel or transfer providers, and trusted operational partners. We do not sell personal inquiry information.

Retention and Security

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for planning, service delivery, legal, accounting, or operational purposes. Sensitive records should be handled through appropriate secure channels when concierge coordination is activated.

Your Choices

You may ask us to update, correct, or delete inquiry information where legally and operationally appropriate. If you no longer want us to contact you, tell us and we will honor that request.
